Natalie and I finished our bee hive project made from a yogurt box container today. It took quite awhile (I started gluing yesterday) but we are both quite pleased with the outcome...
Inside the box, the Queen Bee resides (she drew and colored her).
The Queen looking from the front of the 'hive' before putting in the worker bees.
The Queen again, surrounded by the bees.
Thee bees (I did the cutting, gluing and taping. She helped me with the bees by drawing their black lines and eyes. She told me the bees that have more than two stripes are girls).
The back of the box with the Queen bee I drew and she colored in. She decided to call her hive 'Nat-a-wat's bee hive :)
